Terms of Service

ComplianceHub is provided by ComplianceHub ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use ComplianceHub. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ComplianceHub is a compliance management platform that helps businesses achieve regulatory certifications including CMMC 2.0, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and others. Our platform provides:

• Compliance dashboards with real-time readiness scoring
• Automated checklists and control tracking across 19 frameworks
• Document management and evidence collection tools
• Audit-ready reporting and assessment exports
• Team collaboration with role-based permissions
• AI-assisted compliance guidance and recommendations

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@ComplianceHub.com
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register

You agree not to use ComplianceHub for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations or laws
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform
• Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your access without written consent from us
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers against our platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform

All platform content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to code, design, logos, compliance frameworks, and documentation, are the exclusive property of ComplianceHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your compliance data, documents, and content that you upload to ComplianceHub remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide you with our services.

• Pricing is customized per organization based on size, frameworks needed, and support requirements. Contact us at support@ComplianceHub.com for a quote.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support within 30 days of a charge for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts after 14 days written notice
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared in connection with use of the platform. This includes your compliance data, business processes, policies, and our platform architecture, pricing, and technical documentation.

This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement, or that is required to be disclosed by law or court order.

ComplianceHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of compliance guidance provided by the platform
• Fitness for a particular purpose or regulatory requirement
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the platform
• Results that will be obtained from using the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComplianceHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or contracts
• Failure to achieve a compliance certification
• Costs of procuring substitute services
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ComplianceHub, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the ComplianceHub platform
• Your violation of any of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you upload or submit to the platform

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, then permanently and irreversibly deleted
• You may export your data at any time while your account is active

Sections 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive any termination or expiration of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify all registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of ComplianceHub after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your account.
